I would like to share my experience with E8 i have an E8 pro (one phase challenge) account, on 7th June i had placed multiple buy positions on Gold (with a very short take profit target but without stop loss !!)on my account prior Nonfarm payrolls news hoping the market goes a bit high then continuing downwards but unfortunately that didn’t happen and the market continued going downwards giving me huge loss exceeding daily loss (soft breach i:e 2% ) and it even breached the overall max loss resulting in failing my challenge, so i contacted support asking for their help as my account should have been paused after the soft breach and not exceeding the max loss, so Mr.Adam in the support team was very cooperative and helpful and solved the issue and i retained my account thank you very much Mr.Adam and your support team 🙏🏼, hoping to pass the challenge and earn profits with your firm 👌

So far so good. Support is great, specially Martin. I lost my funded account due to some system error but I requested support to look into the issue and my account was reinstated in just a few minutes. Haven’t received any payout yet but hopeful.
