At no time are users asked to deposit capital for investment purposes, nor do they risk their own funds. Program outcomes depend solely on individual performance and adherence to the stated rules and objectives. E8 Funding solely operates the following trading platforms: Tradelocker, cTrader, and Match Trade.
E8 Markets Ltd is a legal entity incorporated under the laws of Saint Lucia, with registration number 2025-00347, located at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia, LC06 201. E8 Markets Ltd operates the MetaTrader "MT5" platform. Risk warning: E8 Markets offers simulated trading accounts, however engagement with live trading in financial markets involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all individuals. CFDs are complex instruments due to their speculative nature.

Evaluation Disclaimer
The evaluation program's customer pass rate from January 1, 2023, to March 1, 2024, was 17.7%, for those who traded at least once during this period and obtained an E8 Trader Account. The Evaluation and E8 Trader accounts aim to simulate trading under real market conditions as closely as possible, including commissions and spreads. However, the evaluation is challenging and may not be suitable for individuals with limited or no trading experience.
Customer Compensation Disclosure
Compensation presented for customer trades should be regarded as hypothetical. Such performances are not indicative of, and should not be expected to replicate, a live trading account. E8 Trader Accounts represent simulated trading environments. Jurisdictional Restrictions
Access to the MT5 platform is restricted to US citizens and to anyone where such usage would violate local regulations. E8 Funding LLC does not offer services to residents of the following jurisdictions: Cuba, Syria, Iran, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, North Korea, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. All payments made via the E8 platform are for access to educational software and services, and are non-refundable unless unused.
